Tec Labs Poison Ivy Products were recommended to us by Amy LeBlanc from Farmington, Maine. Amy is a veteran of many bouts with poison ivy and has nothing but praise for this line of products. The Tecnu Cleanser has been proven to remove the urushiol (oo-roo-she-all) oil of poison oak, ivy and sumac that causes rash and itching. It will also remove urushiol from clothing and tools. If you do get the rash, (and we hope you don't!) Calagel anti-itch gel is a clear, antihistamine gel that soothes and relieves the itching. It can also be used for relief of sunburn and bug bites. Solarepel is a non-aerosol citronella/sunscreen spray that provides a sun protection factor of 25 against UVA and UVB rays while moisturizing the skin.
