Trellis Plus is an efficient way to increase the amount of growing space in a garden. The nylon web creates 7" x 7" openings and has a 60# tensile strength. The trellis will last for years if you keep it from getting tangled when you put it away each fall! The tangle is easily avoided by wrapping it around something like a stick or an oatmeal can. For setup, try weaving electric fence wire through the top mesh to give it support and then attach the wire to posts.

Metal Garden Markers are made of galvanized steel with zinc-plated nameplates and will last for years. Use a #2 pencil with a heavy lead, a Sharpie permanent marker or a garden marker to write on the labels. The garden marker is a felt tip permanent marker with a special pigment in the ink that resists degradation by sunlight. All sizes have a tilted label for easy viewing. Label size is 1" x 2.625". The Fade Resistant Garden Marker has a thinner point for use where you still want to see what you've planted, even in terrible weather conditions, when they prevail. Potato Bags Whether you are bagging spuds for sale or storage, these bags will come in handy at harvest time. The vent view (v/v) bags have a mesh window to allow the spuds to breathe, but still retain too much moisture to use for long term storage. Burlap bags allow spuds to breathe while keeping out some light. Mesh bags are made of soft half inch nylon mesh and can be used for garlic, onions or potatoes being kept for seed. Soil Moist Polymer Products is a synthetic polyacrylamide with a potassium salt base. A particle size distribution has been selected to insure rapid initial uptake of water by a portion of the polymer followed by slower absorption of the water by the balance of the polymer. Soaking the crystals helps insure that both the soil and the polymer absorb water. Watering the plants for the first week as you normally would, then reduction rates can be established from their. As the potting system dries, the polymer (swollen with water) will slowly release its water reservoir. Soil Moist reduces plant watering up to 50%. It helps to reduce soil compaction, lasts for several seasons, reduces plant shock, and will NOT float to the surface of the soil. Soil Moist products will not compete with the plant for water due to their particle size disbursement and absorption properties. Soil Moist will also not reduce air porosity in a confined potting medium. Convenient to use, and many benefits for your plants and you.
